Come out cause water was dripping on wall per customer so I go check ah in attic checked drain lines it was plywood all up there didn’t see any water on rafters or plywood no plumbing pipes I’ve seen so to me look like a bad patch in the wall someone didn’t know what they were doing and lady is selling the home.
