I called on a Friday and was told they didn’t have a technician available until Monday afternoon. I expected that, it’s been unseasonably warm and no doubt you’re busy. But then, my ex who is keeping our kids, says someone from Freedom is there. In the matter of a few minutes, the repair was completed without authorization and a bill presented for nearly $400. Based on estimates I received from several other service providers, that’s an unbelievable price for such a repair and they all also put the service call charge toward the repair. I typically don’t really care about price when it comes to these types of things because it’s not something I can do on my own. But between what appears to be an outrageous price and service completed without authorization, I can never justify doing business with or recommending this company.
