On arrival homeowner explained how the back room had poor air quality. I ensure to look everything over and I found that the evaporator coil was completely dusty and dirty from the inside. It wasn’t a filter there to stop all of the dust from being stuck up causing the system to overflow with it. I installed a BGI to help prevent anything growing on the coils and put a filter. I flushed out drain line and cleaned up with the foam cleaner for the inside air handler. I ensure heat flow and that the system is working properly upon my departure.
