Technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. Gave excellent information on unit and purpose of inspection. Checked much more that former HVAC service.

Arrived on this date for single unit furnace tune up. Blower wheel has a little build up on it, coils are clean and have no leak, safety features still operating. Unit is aged but operating properly, system was running upon departure.
On arrival for PTU I checked and clean Rheem system. I checked for any leaks on indoor and outdoor coils didn’t find any at the moment. The indoor unit coil was replaced in 2019 but the systems is 2010. The filter was dirty customer said she’ll replace it, found a dirty blower assembly, and an rusted SMC. I presented my findings to the customer and customer signed up for our maintenance agreement to keep an eye out on it. I went over everything with an supervisor before making any decisions. Systems operating properly upon my departure.
I arrived today to replace uv bulb and the filter
Put on Pad, fix kinks in both lines and reconnect- vaccum and recharge $887- replace drier
Found wire touching filter drier.. Corrected issue. System operating properly upon departure.
Arrived to system not cooling properly with system running inside and out. Condenser coils was dirty and causing high pressures on compressor. System vents had microbial growth build up around them. Recommend installing a breath easy system. Customer wanted to do clean only today. Cleaned condenser coil and pressures dropped. System now cooling upon departure.

I arrived today on a maintenance tuneup . I checked everything on both of the systems to make sure that everything was cleaned up and working properly
Performed system clean and check. System is r22. Customer stated she’s not going to change system out until is completely not working. No other areas of concern. Unit is operating properly upon departure.
Sold ms a 3 ton split system for 8997.00 by credit card..
Come out to fix a run and apparently last guy told the man he need a cap and something else for $800 but he is under warranty only thing it needs is new bulbs but customer declined those at this time. And customer had one run out that had fell off collar so I reattached it and taped it and zip tied it and collected $129 by card system is cooling properly upon departure.
Breaker was tripped from storm yesterday, I flipped it and system came on I checked the Freon levels the are where they need to be also,showed customer where her filter was. Customer paid with credit credit 69.00 DI fee
