On arrival for PTU I checked and clean Rheem system. I checked for any leaks on indoor and outdoor coils didn’t find any at the moment. The indoor unit coil was replaced in 2019 but the systems is 2010. The filter was dirty customer said she’ll replace it, found a dirty blower assembly, and an rusted SMC. I presented my findings to the customer and customer signed up for our maintenance agreement to keep an eye out on it. I went over everything with an supervisor before making any decisions.
