The guys can in introduced themselves, ask how I was. Was polite, put my unit in. Cleaned up everything before they left. Ask if we need anything else. Was a Pleasure dealing with these guys. Thanks Guys.
The young man was there at a reasonable time. Was polite and used great Customer Service. The experience was great.
I ask a lot of questions. He was one of the nicest guys I’ve had to come work on my unit. Everything I had concerns about - he addressed with me and showed me why. It was amazing how much knowledge he had. I’m also impressed with how quickly he got here and got the job done. I hope he’s my tech if I have to call again.
I could hear him outside talking/ laughing about how much the service would cost me and how he was going to tell me I would be better off buying a new unit. I knew everything he was going to say before it came out of his mouth

I apologize for the lack of proefessionalism today. Many technicicans feel bad to inform there clietn that there will be a large , unexpected amount of money that will need to be made to repair the unit. The technician judges what the client would do do in the situation instead of simply letting a client make an informed decision after the findings are presented.Even though it does not sound favorable, we thank you for the feedback on your service today. This allows us to continue to create a better experience in the future.
Did not have Johnny Willis. Had Ryan Bartley he was great and explained everything to me about my system. I will defiantly refer your company to my friends.
I arrived today on a maintenance tuneup. I checked everything on the system to make sure that everything was cleaned up and working properly. I did replace the filter and the bgi bulb and as well as put the customer on a 1 yr maintenance agreement. And the paid with a card.
Come out no heat found bad easy read tstat replaced with Honeywell t6 got system back running cycled system ac to heat multiple times and all is working as it should. Collected $289 by card
Performed ptu system works as it should. Customer paid with credit card 69.00
I arrived for a maintenance tune up. I made sure everything was working properly and set to a certain standard. Found bacteria an growth in coils, found build up on blower wheel. We also added an surge protection an an easy start kit to protect your compressor. Customer did post dated checks.
On arrival for PTU I checked and clean unit. During my inspection I leak check evaporator coil and condenser coil didn’t find anything. I flushed out the pvc drain lines made sure safety switch wasn’t full. I look over all components such as wiring, sensors, charge, and even amps. I found a VERY BAD SMC under amping the system and burning contactor. I presented my findings to the customer, the wife brief me that they would review everything with her husband. System operating properly upon my departure.
Found breaker to be tripped. Customer has been out of town for 2 weeks. Cycled system twice in both heat and cool. No other areas of concern. System operating properly upon departure
Found leak at service port tube in condenser, repaired leak , vacuumed system and restarted and charged system to proper operation.
Arrived on this date and performed clean and check on 1 split system. System was older but checked out ok at this time, Freon pressures were where they needed to be and looked like evap coil had been replaced recently. System is now cleaned and operating properly upon my departure
Arrived on call noise problem upon inspection found loose low voltage wire where someone had bypassed the comfort alert and just taped wires. All working as should at this time.
Found algae built up in pan drain and pump, cleaned all and added pan tabs. System operating properly.
System was locked out due to power flicker, and I replaced the run cap, system works as it should. Customer paid with credit card 446.00
Arrived on this date to diagnose why customer had no ac, found that condenser had bad start capacitor so installed a new one under warranty. System is now operating correctly upon my departure
