They installed my hvac 8 years ago and I was told a life time warranty on parts. The technician arrived and before he even looked at anything told me he would let me know what problems he found. I’ve never had any problems. Before he walked outside he said the outside unit wasn’t working. He found several problems. Had to cut the unit off until he could fix it. I am on oxygen and the heat bothers my breathing- it got up to 83 in my house but I stayed. It cost me a lot of money I had put aside for a project in the works but had to use it to pay for repairs. I have used them for 10 years and been very happy but won’t use them again nor will I refer them to friends. The supervisor was rude to me and the lady answering the phone was huffy to me when I called. I with work with local folks from now on.
