Performed single system tune up. Checked electrical at furnace and outdoor unit, found no issues. Checked filter and it was filthy. Changed out 413 filter. Noticed dirty blower wheel and recommended we pull and clean and add stage 3 clear sky ionizer. Cycled system through heat and cool and system is functioning properly upon departure. These items will need to be done to assure the safe, efficient and long term operation of your system.
