There are no words to express how grateful I am to Lance for his help today. Not only did he complete the inspection of my system on one of the coldest days in a timely fashion, he determined the cause behind a problem I'd been having with my heating system not holding the temperature. After seeing that my system was well below the set point, Lance showed me the problem was a clogged furnace filter that had caused the meltdown of two critical components. Fortunately, he was able to find replacements and now my system is working better than ever! Lance also explained to me how "90-day" filters really need to be checked every 30 days at a minimum and replaced more frequently than I had been doing in the past. He was very friendly and I felt extremely comfortable with him while he was in my home. We even got into a discussion about how technology, specifically how advances have change the HVAC world. I work in the technology field and really had fun discussing this with him. I could not be more pleased on the service I received and look forward to continuing my relationship with Gilman!
