From the first phone call to the last Gilman was professional and delightful to work with. Tiffany (the lady who answered the phone each time I called) was so knowledgeable about the work and schedules of her crew. She never over promised or answered any question before finding out the details. I really appreciated the messages and communication from her each day. She knows the company and wants to help. Doug came out and was so helpful and understanding. He is so efficient and desires to give you the best service he can. He too called and checked in with me multiple times. Doug found the issue with the unit fast and know exactly what to do to fix it. He talked with the company about the warranty, ordered the part, and had us up and going the next day. Tiffany put me on a Fast Track "Quick Help" list so that if Doug finished a job he could come fix the issue. That meant a lot to us. Thanks for your hard work and great skill. Gilman Heating came out today and installed a zone heating system in my upstairs bonus room. This involved adding new ducts in the attic off of the furnace into my bonus. The two guys came, completed the installation on a very hot day. They worked extremely hard right through lunch and were soaken wet when they finished. Thanks for an excellent job!!

Had regular inspection of unit (just 2 years old), and a leak was discovered. By getting it checked twice a year, it provides a 10-year parts and labor warranty, which will cover this repair, thank goodness! Verdict on the repair itself it still out--that will get done in the next couple of weeks.

Tim is the nicest person to deal with. He is a fantastic representative for his company. He came when my unit broke a month or so ago and fixed it quickly. He explained to me the advantages of having a maintenance contract to keep my unit running properly. I bought the contract - which saved money on the repair. He came this morning to clean and service the unit. When I made the appointment they said he'd be here between 10 and 12. They called around 9:45 and Tim was here at 10. I just can't say enough about the speed with which Gilman responds and the level of professionalism Tim displays.
