I've been using Gilman for about 10 years now. They've always been honest and easy to deal with. We serviced my old unit for several years and when the time came they worked with me to install a new high efficiency unit. The techs are polite, competent and serve as a great customer face for Gilman. They have never missed a service window and I've always been happy with the results.
