From the first phone call to the last Gilman was professional and delightful to work with. Tiffany (the lady who answered the phone each time I called) was so knowledgeable about the work and schedules of her crew. She never over promised or answered any question before finding out the details. I really appreciated the messages and communication from her each day. She knows the company and wants to help. Doug came out and was so helpful and understanding. He is so efficient and desires to give you the best service he can. He too called and checked in with me multiple times. Doug found the issue with the unit fast and know exactly what to do to fix it. He talked with the company about the warranty, ordered the part, and had us up and going the next day.
