Customer has no concerns Set thermostat call for cooling Observe indoor unit, service duct work, air filter, electrical connection, condensate system, coils and performed temperature readings Observe out door unit, service coils, electrical compartment, motors, refrigerate lines Ac system not operating ok at this time, the Fan it’s working hard. Notes: The coils are dirty and this can cause the system to work properly. A minor diagnosis was performed, because the fan was working hard. The capacitor was found to be defective. Recommend Minor diagnostic $125. The minor diagnostic costs $225, but since the technician is already in place it is only $125, no travel fee is charged.
