A duct cleaning service should be performed throughout the home. The evaporator coil needs a acid wash service along with the outside condenser. Installed anti microbial tablets. Inspected the condensate lines. The outside condenser fins are becoming plugged. Checked the electrical connections and cleaned off the disconnect switch. Unit is running as it should. But with that said preventative maintenance is strongly recommended. Kyle agreed to move forward with the job. Would like to have the services performed once he returns from vacation.
