I arrived at the customer house, the customer took me to the unit, the unit was off, when I turned on the unit I heard the sound very loud, I proceeded to open the unit, the sound came from the return duct I put my hand in the return duct and I touch some screws, the next step was to remove the screws, I remove 4 loose screws, then I turned on the unit and waited about 10 minutes with the unit working good without any sound.
