Met with customer and troubleshoot a high wall head unit all full of mold. Explained the annual cleaning service. Worked up an estimate. Moved to the outside condenser unit. Connected the gauges and took readings. Found the unit low / empty of refrigerant. While the unit was running, I performed a leak test throughout the unit. Found the unit leaking by all the line fittings. Explained to the customer, there would be a diagnostic & trip fee charge for today. Presented and spoke with him about becoming a partner plan member and it’s benefits. Left a form to look over and fill out.
