Met with Edward and Gladys. I proceeded to discuss the boiler/ furnace being considered for replacement. I was quickly corrected and told, that I was there to look over an outside oil tank. The customer has an exterior oil tank which is in need of replacement. The tank is about 30 years old and leaking on the ground. Time is of the essence. I took pictures to document the scenario with the scope of the work. I pulled up the replacement cost to Edward, and he handed me a HEAP form to fill out.
