Arrived, met with Kathleen and proceeded to follow up on a previous service call. Upon performing a visual inspection of the equipment, the outside condenser was cooked and compromised, shot. I turned my attention to working up several options for replacing the AC heat pump equipment. Given the age of the unit it is NOT advisable to perform any repairs. Full replacement should be completed. I explained all the options including Synchrony. Kathleen is interested but needs time to discuss with her husband to make a decision. Kathleen was uncomfortable filling out the Synchrony application. I sent Kathleen a brochure on the Bosch inverter system. Outcome to be determined. Kathleen was satisfied with the service.
