Showed up and met with Guy, whom took us to the mechanical room. Upon close inspection we found several issues with the boiler. The system is in need of replacing several service valves with a zone valve, boiler drain and pressure relief valve. The water heater also needs the two supply lines replaced from the top of the heater to about two feet. The boiler is also in need of a burner assembly cleaning with the pressure regulator to the gas valve adjusted. Worked up several options to explain to Guy. He’s interested in having the work done, but would like the estimate to be emailed to him, so as to be able to discuss the issues with his wife.
