BRAFOW 1/16/2023 Arrived to customers home to go over renovating kitchen which is all gutted. Customer would like to add gas line to where stove is going, re-pipe kitchen sink drain line and supply lines, new ice maker supply line, new dishwasher drain line and supply lines. Add new drain line and hot and cold line on other side of kitchen. MIKDOM is arriving at job to give gas line estimate and also radiator leak. Will follow up with customer regarding options. They are looking to eliminate two cast iron radiators from the first floor heating loop. The cast iron baseboard leaking in the living room is recommended to be addressed in the spring when the heating system is turned off.
