The customer had another spare boiler, thinking it could be installed in place of the other. The spare boiler is not advisable under any circumstance. Both units need to be junked. The only consideration is a new boiler. I explained all the details including the Synchrony finance option. I gave Raleigh a price quote for the new installation and he replied, that he needed time to converse with his wife. Raleigh was satisfied with the service.
