Performed the annual maintenance service agreement as per contract. Opened the cabinet to the coil and inspected the unit. Installed anti microbial tablets. Brushed and flushed the condensate lines. Moved to the outside condenser, checked the disconnect switch along with the electrical junction box and all electrical wiring connections. Connected the gauges and took readings. They are with in specifications. Units are operating as they should. Customer was satisfied with today's service. Please note the equipment is in excellent shape and is current with dates as listed in Service Titan.
