Spoke with customer about changing out well head since the head has a hole in the casing. Spoke about customer about changing well pump since he just moved in and will send him a quote to do both.
Met with Richard to discuss the issues. Found the oil service supply line leaking. Richard agreed to move forward with the repair. Took Richards Synchrony account information to apply a 50% deposit. Towards the work to be performed. Ran to the supply house to pick up supplies. Came back to the house and began removing damaged (leaking) section. Offered to repair the wall and Richard said he would take care it. Cleaned and swept the work area. Customer has agreed to place the final balance on his synchrony account. Discussed estimate with Richard, he declined to move forward with additional repair. He was very happy with the service provided but was upset at the additional costs involved. ( wall repair). He said he would think about it.
Performed the annual maintenance service agreement. 2 air handlers & 2 condensers. Richard opted to have one of the condensers cleaned and the other at a later date.
Shut down the boiler and removed the oil tank filter container. Replaced the old unit with a new one, includes a new filter and seals. Turned on the boiler and bled the oil lines. Allowed the unit to run for several minutes. Checked for leaks and all is good. Unit is operating as it should.
Arrive to make an arrangement of the Oil filter. The customer agreed to replace their oil filter. The supply stores are closed because it is Saturday and will not open until Tuesday due to holiday Memorial Day.
