Attic ac is newly installed. Has faulty electronic air cleaner. Recommend a media filter. The basement ac is old but still running nominally. The outdoor condenser needs a good cleaning. Due to age , the customer said he’s gonna replace it soon. Customer was provided with estimates and options. Follow up needed.
