Arrived to perform boiler diagnostic, customer states they had no hot water, GGEHS installed peerless boiler with indirect under a year ago, set stat call for heat, system stagnate, confirmed power going to unit, power present, performed low voltage diagnostics, post diagnostics system started, observed system operation, zones coming back hot, heating system ok at this time, system may have needed a reset at this time, reviewed with management and customer, there is no charge today
