Performed the annual AC service maintenance. Inspected the air handler evaporator coil for dirt, clogged fins, rust or leaks. Supplied and installed anti microbial tablets. Brushed and flushed the condensate lines. Inspected the outside condenser unit. Removed the disconnect switch and it had the beginnings of a bees nest also the same issue in the condenser control box. Cleaned them both and checked all wiring for proper operation. Cleaned debris around the condenser base. All is good. Spoke with Frank about pricing to replace the 50 gallon electric water heater. Quoted a price of $2600.
