Met with Susan and proceeded to diagnose the source of the leak in the basement. Upon a thorough inspection of the property, here are my findings with steps taken. I turned on the water from all sources in the home to overwhelm the plumbing system, to show any leaks. It all checked out. No leaks to report from the plumbing. While observing and looking at the water patterns throughout the basement. I believe the issue causing the problem is ground water seeping through the foundation walls and concrete slab. The grounds outside of the home are completely saturated. To the point where you can visually see the outline of the septic tank. The water has form a path. Another observation is the ground around the Bilko doors have given way and sunken down, further demonstrating water saturation. I would recommend curtain drains to be installed along the foundation of the property or excavation with some dry wells and piping to divert the water away from the foundation of the home.
