Received an emergency call complaint of no heat or hot water in the home. Arrived, met with Molly & John. I proceeded to look over and diagnose the issue with the oil fired Weil-McLain boiler. The boiler was tripped on safety and leaking in several areas. Unfortunately the boiler was internally cracked and needed replacement. No repairs could be performed. I disconnected power to the unit for safe keeping. I explained the issues with the boiler and worked up several pricing options for their consideration. I also brought up the Synchrony finance option and they applied. Approval was granted and the replacement of the boiler was authorized. Molly and John were very satisfied with the service provided. I promised to install the new boiler on Tuesday 1/10/23.
