Customer complains of poor cooling. The unit is cooling as it should. The airflow is light. Removed the merv 13 4†media filters. Installed one 20x25 x1 filter that was on hand. Mike is heading to the shop to get another filter to replace the other media filter. Mike diagnosed the defective shower valve. Needs replacement. Also recommended a 3/4†domestic line upgrade Nobody here to collect signatures.
