Met with Melanie to discuss the issues. Upon inspection of the houses fixtures and water supply systems, some items became very apparent. 1. The boiler is in need of replacement. Corrosion and decay are very visible throughout the fittings and connections. Internal water coil was disconnected due too the issues. Boiler is the original unit to the home. 2. The water softener has not been maintained for some time. It is strongly recommended that the unit be replaced with a whole house filter installed as a polisher to the system. At the end of the inspection process, I sat with Melanie and Ed to discuss their options. Customers would like to receive information for a Synchrony account as well as the proposals to be emailed.
