Arrived to customers home to give an option on installing a water heater supplied by the customer. The customer already ordered water heater and knows there is no guarantees or warranty’s on the water heater they are supplying. Gave customer the only option there was for installing customer supplied water heater and customer said he still has to get other companies pricing first. Customer was satisfied we were able to give him options today.
