Great Service

It was a breath of fresh air having Go Green address our mini split issue. They were responsive, kept us appraised of our technicians arrival etc. Speaking of the technician, Luis, he was a gentleman and was outstanding in explaining what he was doing. Five stars fir sure.

arrive at the customer's home. He explained to me that only the blower works on his unit. I proceeded to check and I told him that I have to do a diagnostic. Customer then took me to see the unit outside. The unit did not turn on, Continued to present options to customer. Customer told me that he would talk to his wife if they accepted the options they will contact us. Customer is happy with today's service.

came for a ptu. noticed that the condenser is dirty. recommended a cleaning. return 64F*. supply 50*. unit is in good condition. the customer asked us to follow up in a week to give him time to remove a small tree and get rocks for a rock bed before he gets a condenser cleaning.

Met Ariana and had a brief conversation regarding concerns or issues. Climbed into the attic to begin diagnoses. Quickly noticed that the unit was installed in May of 2006. Unit is at the end of its lifeline. Also it’s an R22 system. Opened up the evaporator fan/coil cabinet. Found the unit full of decay, rust and mold. Took pictures to document the issues. Proceeded to have a conversation with Ariana & Sean (on the phone). I explained that any type of repairs are not recommended. I explained and gave reasons why it would be in their best interest to replace and upgrade to a R410A heat pump. I worked up five estimates and discussed each one with Ariana. She said that, they will make a decision…. Once she is able to have a conversation with her husband. Sent all proposals via email. Includes a discussion on becoming a SPP member. Left the form to fill out.

Customer complained of low cooling capacity. Found a faulty zone controller. Works sporadically. I advised to replace it and gave them a quote. The customer declined due to cost. Fixed income.

Customer has no cooling on the first floor. Found the thermostat not connecting. The safety switch was not engaged in the air handler. Filter (20x25) was in bad shape. Needs replacement.

Supplied & installed a new air handler ECM motor. (Motor, plus electrical circuit module included). Turned on the unit and checked for proper operation. Unit is operating as it should.

Came to customers house for a plumbing tuneup, saw in the notes that something would be a possible turnover for Jacob but customer stated nothing was wrong. Check towel or Fossetts ran toilets flushed, and status of water heater. Everything was very good and also made sure customer had the HVAC partner plan which they do

Arrive at the customer's house. I decided to open the lid of the thermostat and tightened all the cables. The system started working again, without any problem. He was not charged with the trip fee or diagnostics because yesterday technician Nick was there and had already charged for a trip fee.
