After checking with a number of other heating/cooling companies Great Lakes seemed to go out of their way to help me get exactly what my family and I needed. From Josh's initial visit ( and Victoria's great advice when I called) to the excellent installation by Mike and Jerimee I could not have asked for better service. VERY well satisfied.
