Casey was so professional, a wealth of information and so willing to help with the furnace, water heater and fireplace. It is so unusual to find true customer service in the service industry and Casey was so helpful. We just moved to a new home and had so many questions about our mechanicals. We had had a scary experience with CO and our gas fireplace and he turned it on and checked CO levels for us. (We couldn’t get the fireplace company to do that. They couldn’t come for 4 weeks.) We have always had good service with your company, but Casey was exemplary!
