Dan was very helpful in trying to understand my AC issue, and provide remedies before coming out to site. He thoughtfully presented repair options and made meaningful recommendations without being pushy and trying to sell me on unnecessary new equipment. Because of his extensive knowledge he could quickly determine the issue and promptly repair the AC unit durining his initial visit.
