The gentleman arrived for a 2 day job. They brought tarps and wore protective covering on their shoes. They greeted me with business cards and were highly professional. Despite a gliche in the estimated work and equipment needed, Mike made sure they would be on the job in a timely manner and make sure the job was done to perfection and not rushed. Jeff, Kenny, and Tony were not only considerate of our home but extremely interested in having the job done to our satisfaction. We were highly satisfied with the work and professionalism provided by Great Lakes and would recommend them with no hesitation.
