Hvac maintenance check. Furnaces checks good. Unable to complete cooling maintenance. Capacitor for unit has failed and control board is flashing low pressure fault for low refrigerant. Customer has decided to wait on repair for now and will call back in a month or two to reschedule repair. Ac unit is 18 yrs at this point and will likely continue to have issues until unit is replaced. Customer did not wish to get an estimate for a new unit.
