Customer said furnace would not maintain temperature. Was only running in low heat. Furnace had been running for at least an hour when I arrived. Installer did not turn off eco+ on the thermostat (see picture) and installer did not set the auto staging dip switch (see picture) so the furnace would only run in low heat.
