Corey was very professional and forthcoming about my HVAC systems and their statuses. He quick to explain what he was doing not only when in my presence but also the exterior portions of each system. Following completion of the service, he explained that there would be nothing billed as this was a part of service agreement as well as post service actions I should expect via email. He and Ron worked as a team in fulfilling my service.

Both Corey and Ronnie ( who was in training ) were very professional and did their jobs well. Could not ask for better service. Corey had been our technician earlier this year and did an excellent job cleaning our outside unit and checking the system. We have always been pleased with his work performance . He’s easy to talk to and doesn’t get offended or bothered when you ask questions.

Found furnace to be running, flame looks very small, system operating with only a 10° temperature rise. Inlet gas pressure is 12" outlet is 3.35". Found burner orifice to be clogged, cleaned orifice, burner, and flame sensor. System operating normally with 50° temperature rise. Spoke to customer about the importance of yearly maintenance, customer is not currently a maintenance member. Quoted customer for maintenance plan and quoted potential savings.

2017 Goodman furnace with failed transformer. Replaced transformer, filter is plugged, advise customer that 1" filter should be replaced every 30-60 days. Spoke to customer about the importance of yearly maintenance, quoted customer for 2system maintenance plan, customer declined as they plan to move within the next year or so.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System Checked capacitor and amperages of the system. Contactor is pitted and system is 19 years old. System uses R-22. Cleaned system thoroughly recommended replacement

I also checked the remi halo. Furnace is running good at 98% efficiency.

arrived to find system starts up blower motor ramps up makes something noises at each stage and then kicks off after reaching high stage. not tripping limit runs for approximately one minute. reached out to train tech support went over symptoms diagnosed failed in ECM blower motor. part available locally, ran to get parts returned and installed. system operating at this time no thumping noises. did identify inadequate duct sizing for return drop. product is 20x10 allowing only 1060 CFM. 100k BTU requires minimum 1300 CFM. customer also has 1" filter, spoke to customer about upgrading filtration to Aprilaire 2210 for filter that only needs to be changed once a year. will follow up with pricing to address duct.
