Corey was very professional and forthcoming about my HVAC systems and their statuses. He quick to explain what he was doing not only when in my presence but also the exterior portions of each system. Following completion of the service, he explained that there would be nothing billed as this was a part of service agreement as well as post service actions I should expect via email. Both Corey and Ronnie ( who was in training ) were very professional and did their jobs well. Could not ask for better service. Corey had been our technician earlier this year and did an excellent job cleaning our outside unit and checking the system. We have always been pleased with his work performance .
