Matt was very personable with excellent communication skills. He talked easily with me and others in my home. He also demonstrated several things I asked about including how to remove the April Aire filter. I took a video as he showed me how. I felt extremely confident that he completed all his tasks and in a thorough manner. I feel he is a valuable employee to Grogg’s.
