Complaint was No power was coming to the furnace. Upon arrival checking out the furnace found the neutral wire was arcing in the wire connector. Disconnected Power from furnace to breaker box henry Don Ohio voltage wire connecting‘s. Installed a surge protector on both the furnace in the heat pump. Customer recently finished basement customers also complaint was downstairs stayed about 10° cooler in the basement suggestive closing off a couple runs in the upstairs to force more air in the basement. Another complaint, customer has older Honeywell thermostat 2 heat / 1 cool with a propane furnace and a heat pump outside. For the furnace to kick on propane he has to switch thermostat to emergency heat for propane. In the pass the thermostat would switch automatically. Going though programming thermostat was set to do so but would not change automatically. Recommend changing thermostat and covering over wires and cleaning them up more straightly.
