Service Call Platinum Client: Replaced the air filter and noticed a gas smell near the water heater. Homeowner had mentioned a burning smell within the home. Found a shutoff valve going to a gas fireplace downstairs leaking gas. I tightened down the packing and used digital gas detector and bubble checked for leaks after repair. Repair looks good.
