Service Call Fee: Removed Toilet and Replaced with New Customer Provided Toilet with Wax Ring, Johnny Bolts, Caps, and Supply Line. Used Old Toilet Seat.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Ran combustion Analysis. Cleaned flame sensor advised customer of the wear on the flame sensor. Checked and cleaned all electrical connections.
Service Call Platinum Client furnace giving code 6 (vent intake or termination error) customer states that it was giving code 13(vent intake or termination error) system draws from inside. checked flue, no obstruction or belly. found water in the top of the inducer, inducer motor has water in it. found drain trap to be clogged. cleared drain trap system draining now. this has been a recurring issue, recommended installing a condensate pump and draining out into washing machine drain. quoted pricing, customer accepted but needs to get to work soon. scheduled for Friday to install condensate pump
Arrived and found carpet powder being used has pulled into heat exchanger and in some pressure switch tubing. This created a clog and kept pressure switch from closing. Blew clog out and system started. System is operating properly at this time.
Unit was operating properly at this time, but has stopped and locked out periodically since repair was made, due to water that was in unit inducer, ordering pressure switch.
Replaced inducer motor system operating properly at this time.
