We were very impressed with our Service Tech, LeRoy. He explained what he was doing as he checked our Ac. He was kind and professional from start to finish evn while working in the pouring rain!

We haven’t had a good experience since our AC was installed 3 years ago, but Epson was polite, informative & got the AC working again. Although I don’t think it’s fair that we were charged for many mistakes made by your workers or manufacturer quality I do think you should stand behind the product you sell & install. I would never take this out on the technician as I work in customer service as well. Just my thoughts.
Service Call Platinum Client: no cooling. bad burnout on contactor due to power surge. replaced contactor and installed 240v surge protection. the system is now operating properly.
Service Call Platinum Client The system was going out on limit, co(0) levels were above permitted levels. Gas pressure was up to 5.8 adjusted down to 3.5. Fan speed was on low for heating and temp rise was above the permissible range, adjusted fan speed up and the temp rise is 69. The heating system is now operating within spec with good co levels and efficiency.
