From my first assessment the equipment & installation appears to be good. The Service Men did a good job and were neat & courteous. One drawback to the transaction was that I never received any literature with the exact equipment Model Numbers and Specifications. All I got was a "Sales Oriented" Brochure which didn't give me any information on the specific units I purchased. One "Damage Notification" card in the Info packet did have a Model No. so I was able to go online and look up some furnace info. Nowhere in the Sales Agreement did you specify the Models of the units I was buying. It was sort of a "Pig in a Poke" deal. Even the Units themselves did not have an Amana Name Tag. I still don't know for sure if I have a two stage blower motor or something else??
