The professionalism of GSM was apparent from the first phone call. Our old gas pack died late Saturday night so I called them Sunday morning. A knowledgeable tech was here before lunch... on a Sunday. He gave us the news that it could be fixed, but due to the cost of repair vs replacement, we elected to go with a new unit. The sales rep was here a short time later and stayed in constant contact thru the install. His knowledge of the industry and trade was very apparent. The upfront pricing was easy to understand and gave me peace in knowing there would be no surprises once the bill came. His honesty on the quality of products made it obvious that he wasn't trying to up-sell me, but guided me to pick the best unit for our needs. The installers were prompt, courteous, and professional despite working outside in the pouring rain and temps in the lower 40s. They cleaned up the messes they made and made sure to answer all questions I had before leaving. I'm enjoying heat less than 36 hours after the first call with no hidden or extra fees. Great work by a great company!
