I give H2C Five stars For replacing my water heater under warrantee. The completed warranty and did a great job at a reasonable price. Both technicians were outstanding and very knowledgeable. Customer service at H2C Is great. If somebody on the phone didn’t have an answer, they would asked somebody else to make sure the information is correct. I was also given a approximate estimate on how much it would cost to install the water heater under warranty. They actually gave me a time window on when they expected to show up. The old water heater was initially installed by Genz-Ryan and they failed to show up. First Genz-Ryan told me it would be a week to have somebody show up for any type of warrantee work. Apparently they don’t care about prioritizing warrantee work. They didn’t show up on the schedule day and made several excuses. Genz-Ryan customer service would also not give me any time type of ball park estimate on replacement work cost. Customer service at Genz-Ryan is horrible and did not give me any sort of confirmed repair date/time following their prior failure to show. 7 years ago they were at my house; overcharged and pipe sweating joints were poor at best. I ended up having my water softener guy redo the pipe sweating a couple weeks after installation. The only reason I called Genz-Ryan back for a second time was to complete warranty work from their prior installation. Due to this companies excuses and poor customer service, I was without hot water for two weeks. Thank God H2C it’s a great company. They will actually perform warrantee work from other companies and do a great job. Thanks again H2C.
