Our heat went out on the worst possible day, temperatures around zero with heavy winds. Halltec responded with quick service, made the diagnosis the problem was fatal and installed a new Trane system to serve our house. They were able to get the unit in faster than other companies. We are very, very pleased with the service and cost.
