This is the second Trane system we purchased from Hendrix. We moved to "The Golden Isles" seven years ago and we knew our 1967 brick one story ranch on the marsh would need a replacement system. We had time to shop brands and dealers and went with Hendrix based on the great conversations we had with them as well as by the reputation of Trane. There are lots of name brand systems to research and we hoped that Trane would be a quality system that would last a lifetime. The system was great and Hendrix service was always perfect. Everyone we dealt with was excellent. On 9-11-2017 Hurricane Irma hit us hard and our one story house on the marsh was flooded. Hendrix reached out to all of it's flooded customers with a wonderful replacement program that really helped us with our rebuild. We gutted our former house and rebuilt a new home on the old structure. Both FEMA and the County saw this as a new build and each aspect was inspected and re inspected. Last week we got electricity and air and everything checked out perfectly. Every step of the process worked perfectly. Hendrix worked with our plans, builder and gave us a great system at a great price. Again, every person was professional, caring and a joy to work with. We are now standing at 15 feet above the marsh and our journey of two years is almost over. We chose our trades people carefully and again Hendrix has exceeded our expectations. We could not recommend them more highly.
