I called Hendrix Air on a Monday evening after I discovered my AC was out in my home that was less than a year old. Christy called the next morning and told me Seth would be on his way shortly. She was so nice and friendly, just like Seth! Seth was at my house within ten minutes of Christy’s call and he knew what the problem was within 5 minutes of being at my house. He had me fixed and ready to go within 45 minutes, and he also told me that my builder had failed to register my unit so instead of a ten year warranty, I only had a five year. This could be corrected by registering the unit on the manufacturer’s website. He saved me from the builders costly mistake. He also informed me of his Express Service Warranty plan!
